• You cannot avail for any kind of cancellation if it is same day delivery of product or service.
• The cancellation is accepted, only of it is done within 12 hours of placing the order. But the cancellation does not get entertained if the processing of the service has been already done by the vendors/merchants/execution team.
• Once the money is paid it cannot be returned even if you wish to do so within 12 hours of placing the order. Moreover, the adjustment of amount can be done in the future for taking up any service.
• The execution of the cancellation process does not take place when the products and services are under special offers, discounts on the occasions like Christmas, New Year, Halloween. As these offers are for limited time period.
• Any processing which is done by the third party like hosting, server, images, content writing, etc. we do not intent to cancel the service regarding that frame.
• In the situations where the service is not as per the conditions stated on the website or if it does not stand to your expectation, you can refer us for the same within 24 hours of service delivered as our customer service department will look forward for your resentment.

Refund Policy

• The service which gets affected due to the natural occurrences would not get entertained and there would be no refunding of the amount.
• In case of the SEO service, we don’t guarantee you for the ranking/traffic/sales of the website, due to the nature of business and once you have given the payment for future months we expect that you are satisfied from the service. The payment plan for this service is flexible and it can be altered as per the convenience.
